child theme problem!

    Hello,
    I always seem to have trouble with creating child themes!

    I have chosen to use the InfoWay theme..

    I have created a folder called infoway-child, and created a style.css file. with the following code :

    /*
    Theme Name: InfoWay child
    Theme URI: https://londubhwhistle.ie
    Description: Custom build Child theme
    Author: Kate O’Dwyer
    Author URI: https://www.kateodwyer.com
    Template: infoway

    */

    @import url(“../infoway/style.css”);

    I canot activate it as it does not show up on the wordpress – appearance page!

    Does anyone know what i’m doing wrong?

    Wpyogi,

    I know this sounds crazy!! but i decided that i would edit the theme and not publish it until it was complete, and so i changed the path in the dashboard – discussions to londubhwhistle.ie/blog ,instead of the original londubhwhistle.ie
    Now my site wont show up, is there a way of changing this back.. ??
