Child Theme not working

  • I have created a child theme that worked perfectly when the site was local.

    Now that it is live I get a message saying:

    Name Description
    Elixar Child The parent theme is missing. Please install the “Elixar” parent theme.

    Even though Elixar is installed and in use. I have tried reinstalling Elixar but that gives me an error message saying it is already installed.

    I have copied your Child Theme notes from the Elixar Lite documentation. It’s just not working.

    Help!

    Could you please share your child theme code/files or use any child theme generator plugin to create elixar child theme.
