Child theme not working

Hello,

I’m trying to create a child theme with the FloZo theme.

I’ve installed FloZo and it works fine (in the folder flozo). I created a separate folder called flozo-child. In this folder is style.css with:

Once the child theme is activated it doesn’t work. I tried creating child themes for Twenty Fifteen and others and cannot get any child themes to work.

I’m hosting on Arvixe. I’ve set up child themes before using iPage with no issues (I don’t know if this has anything to do with it, but can’t think of any other issues). Also, Drupal was installed prior to installing WordPress and is still in the root – could this be the issue?
