Child Theme missing

The website is currently hidden by a Coming Soon page.

Some time ago I created a child theme using your plugin. Files for it show in the File Manager… but is doesn’t show in the thumbnails for the themes or as the current theme under Appearance. In the plugin settings it looks like I would be starting fresh. Completion of the site has been on indefinite hold for at least a year so I have no idea when or how this happened. Is anyone there to help or comment?
