Child Theme Error Notification

    In the back end of WordPress, I have an error notification saying;

    “Sorry, you can’t activate “Pharmacy Theme Customizer” plugin unless you have installed the Pharmacy child theme.”

    However, I am using a child theme.

    Any help is appreciated.
