Child theme: Error including home.php

    I’m new to wp so I’m not sure if I post in the right category.

    Trying to create a child-theme of Olevia, I get the following error when including home.php in the editor:

    Your PHP code changes were rolled back due to an error on line 9 of file wp-content/themes/olevia/template-parts/nav-primary.php zurückgesetzt. Please fix and try saving again.

    Call to undefined function olevia_get_options()

    I know the theme is quite old but it fits my needs perfectly. Any clues what is wrong?
