From the screenshot you’ve shared, I see that you are not using the default child theme from https://docs.themeisle.com/article/985-how-to-create-a-child-theme-for-neve https://vertis.d.pr/i/sMWBug

Your child theme has two extra folders, views and woocommerce.

There might be an issue in the files you have there, that is causing the issue.

So, I would suggest you first try with the default child theme and one by one add your customization, to see what is causing the issue.
