Child Theme CSS not loading

  • Hi…..I added code in my child them for Customizr but the code does not work. If I add the same code in the ‘Appearance Customize-Custom CSS’ it works.
    This is what I have in my Child CSS:

    Theme Name: Customizr Child
    Description: customizr Child Theme
    Author: David Jones
    Template: customizr
    */

    @import url(“../customizr/style.css”);

    body, #main-wrapper, header.tc-header, footer#footer .colophon {
    background-color: rgb(29,50,63);

    }

    What am I doing wrong?
