    Hello,

I made some custom modifications to the PDF CSS, this was simple enough. They are effective, however, I cannot effectively put it in the child’s theme. I have tried to follow your instructions

“Want to use your own template? Copy all the files from wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/Simple to your (child) theme in wp-content/themes/Adpro-child/woocommerce/pdf/yourtemplate to customize them”

Can you please elaborate on this? The child’s theme works, unless I try to add “yourtemplate”. I also tried renaming it “Simple”. It does not work.

Thank you for any insights you can provide.

    Hi @mmhgloba,

Please note that this part is case sensitive: /woocommerce/pdf/. Could you please check that woocommerce and pdf are lowercase? If so, then make sure that you copied the whole Simple folder from plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/templates/Simple to your child theme path under /themes/Adpro-child/woocommerce/pdf/.

This folder should include these files:

    1. style.css
    2. invoice
    3. packing-slip
    4. html-document-wrapper.php
    5. template-functions

If you did it right, you should see your custom template selectable under WooCommerce > PDF?Invoices?> General?> Choose a template.

There was a misunderstanding on my end, on second look it is working fine. Thank you!

No problem, @mmhgloba! I’m glad to hear that you found the way to make it work ??

By the way, if you don’t mind and have the time, do you think you could leave us a review?

Thanks in advance and all the best with your store!
