Child Theme Configurator missing social_icons php from file tab

I am trying to include a LinkedIn icon to the social media elements of the standard footer. I found out how to do (i.e., include the style and the code to change in the social_icon.php), however, I am having difficulty getting a copy of that file into my child theme. I am using the Child Theme Configurator version 1.6.1 and the Social icons php is not a file listed to copy to my child theme. I went to the Appearance Editor to see if there was any means of duplicating from there (I see the social icons php in the list for the main divi theme, however I do not want to edit the master), but do not see a way. I’m hoping someone has some quick tip to duplicate that file for my child theme. I’ll be good to make the adjustments myself afterwards. Thank you for your help.
