Child Theme causes css asset to load in wrong order

Hi,

I’m working with your Lawyer Zone theme and am having issues css loading order issues when activating a child theme.

Mostly around where and when bootstrap is loaded.

Adding ‘bootstrap’ to the enqueue styles deps array doesnt seem to do the trick.

To reproduce just create a child theme, import the demo data, and look at the H3 styles compared to the parent theme. They are different because of the stylesheet loading order.

Any help to resolve without debugging the theme would be awesome!
