Child theme ads a php closing tag to header

  • Hello,
    i have been trying to find out what is echoing the ?> tag in my header on a fresh child theme. Any ideea what too look for? Any modification i make is made after the ?> code. The tag doesn’t appear on the admin page and neither on the parent theme.

  • what theme are you using?
    have you edited header.php in the child theme?

    can you provide a live link to your site to illustrate the stray output?
