Child pages redirect to blog

I’ve just recently upgraded to WordPress 2.2. For the first time ever, I’ve tried creating child-pages (i.e. sub-pages, or pages with parents, etc).

When I click on the sub-page, it appears to redirect to the main page. I’ve tried using the default theme with no plugins, and I get the same trouble. I’ve tried this on a site that I also upgraded at the same time to 2.2, and have the same issue. (I also tried using sub-pages for the first time on this other blog).

Any ideas?
