Child pages on same level

Thank you for this great plugin.
I’ve noticed child pages are always shown in te same level in the list of pages to be added to the menu.
Example: (breadcrumbs)
Parent page -> Level 1 -> Level 2The list o pages to be added shows:
Parent page
– Level 1
– Level 2Insetead of:
Parent page
– Level 1
— Level 2
