child pages doesn't open

my site parent page (https://mysite/services/) is that and my child page is (https://mysite/services/management). when i set this parent page in any child page then this child page doesn’t open and when i set other parent page all child pages are opend of this parent page.
now how to resolve this problem its to urgent plz solve this.
