Child page upon opening is parent page.

  • Not sure if I described it correctly in the title.

    But I have /customer-service/payment-methods

    and once you click on the link, it show /customer-service

    Even when I go to the page in the backend, I preview the page, it suddenly goes to /customer-service

    Any idea why this might be happening? I have WPML and the same page translated in Dutch works just fine.
