Child messes with menu (horizontal becomes vertical)

  • Hi everyone,

    Wonder if anyone knows what happens here. I’m using a child for the Bota theme. Even though I stripped the (copied) index.css, the menu turns vertical instead of horizontal. So in the Bota theme it all looks good, but the child messes things up. I have a functions.php (for Relevanssi) but when I stripped that as well to check, it made no difference.

    Does anyone know where my menu gets messed up..?

    @sterndata Thank you!! I’ll have a look there. It seemed so off, a child acting up so badly. ??

    @sterndata Unfortunately… I tried to find that messed up style.css, but it looked alright from where I could see it. (FileZilla) I couldn’t find it on the page itself (source/ inspect element). To make sure I deleted the line although it looked good. I replaced it. But still… Not looking good. ??
