Child category not working on category.php

  • Hello Friends,
    I have set permalink as custom :- /%category%/%post-name%/
    My url is https://abc.com/category/subcategory/

    I have written code in category.php but it redirect to 404 page. I have also tried category-ID.php and category-slug.php but that also working.
    Can anybody help me how will i get all post data on this url and which page is going to work on this?
