Child category not under the parent

Hello WP friends,

In the category section on my website, the folder ‘Psychotic Kitten’ should be under the folder ‘survival mechanisms’, which should be under the folder ‘coaching’, but this ins’t happening. I don’t see any way to fix this. Can anyone help?
