Child category is not working on homepage

    Hey!
    as i told you before i will buy your pro plugin so i have purchased it and using it on my all websites but i have few issuses. parent category is working on homepage but after selecting parent category, child category is not working. and i have also used this on all archive pages thats works as same as i required. (https://eps.cpdev.uk/shop/) . i want exact working on home like on shop page just for product categories.
    home page:
    using hello theme
    loop template call by loop grid widget.
    using query of latest products.

    popup is not working on all pages even not showing button after selecting all options in setting for popup.

    note: i dont want to use OR and And condition. i have used that but not giving me same results like on shop page.
