    @doyuk as with the thread you mentioned, you have something else impacting your categories as the “Make Primary” is not an option within WooCommerce by default.

    I would recommend switching to the default Twenty Twenty or Storefront theme, as well as disabling ALL plugins except for WooCommerce. Once that is done edit your product and change your category assignment to something other than it is now. Save the product, then change them back and save again.

    Here’s an example that I just set up for you:

    You can also check your permalink settings to ensure that you haven’t entered something custom, though that doesn’t appear to be the issue here.
