I think it’s probably copyrighted to automattic inc. and I have my doubts that matt would allow that use. You’d do best to contact him/his legal staff.

I can’t really see an issue, I’m just using it to link back to www.remarpro.com. Where the WP link is on the sidebar of most themes. It is his pic though

I received a reply from Matt pointing out that they have a whole page of these button. Little red in the face there. So for any and all who want WP buttons.
