Checkout window not opening

    Hi,
    we installed the module as per instructions.
    It apperas on the page, but when you click on the “get tickets” button nothing happens.
    the window with the checkout button does not apper, just the page reloads.

  • Hi there,

    Looking at your site, the tickets interface appears to be broken. I do not even see a button or any content to try things out. It looks like this may be related to a theme customization.

    To verify if this is related to the theme templates, see if you can reproduce while temporarily switching to a default theme like Twenty Twenty.

    When using Tribe Commerce, the “get tickets” button should take you directly to the PayPal site.

    I am having exactly the same problem.
    Select the amount of tickets to buy and then click the “get Tickets Button” and all clicking the button does is it just loads the homepage of your wordpress site
