checkout validation page

  • Hello!

    since the last update, I’ve a problem with the order validation page. Customer can order and pay their items, but then, after the checkout the order confirmation page does not exist anymore, the site says that the page it load atomatically does not exist.

    Customers recieve mail confirmation, and I recieve orders, but my customer think they did not order since the site says the page doesn’t exist.

    Any idea how to resolve this problem?

    There is no validation page in WC core, only the thanks page after order. Are you using a plugin to add this?

    Is the thacks page then :D. I’m not using any additional plugin to WC.

    It’s the automatic page that come after a customer pay his order.

    Some gateways use the wrong address. Try a payment with BACS gateway.

    The banck transfer is the way I use to try the system, since most of my client use that option.

    I’ve a multilanguage site, italian and french, and I use WPML plugins to manage that. The problem whit the thanks page is on both languages. Do you think it can be related to this?

    Yes, WPML can affect these endpoints. Test without.

    done, same problem:
    That page can’t be found.
    It looks like nothing was found at this locaiton, Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

    After turning it off, you need to go to settings > permalinks and save again.
