Checkout Url with auto login

    Hi,

    We have create the “Checkout url” below, in order to help customer do the checkout easily:
    https://our-domain-name/checkout/?add-to-cart=1498&quantity=1

    However, we wish can help existing customer auto login. Thus, they no need go to my account page login manually.
    What should we do so that can help customer auto login?
    What can we add at the Checkout Url above, in order to help customer auto login?

  • Hi @yewbeng0104,

    There are some plugins that can create auto login URLs for WordPress users (WooCommerce customers). The tricky part would be getting the URL to the customer. Most of the time you’d need to either email it or have the customer save the URL. It’s unique for each customer so it’s not something we could put on every page. Otherwise someone could log into another user’s account and make a purchase.

    If you go to WooCommerce > Settings > Accounts & Privacy, there is an option to allow customers to log in at checkout. That might be a good way to streamline this without having to create special URLs to log customers in.
