    Hello,

I’ve seen a couple other threads about this same issue, but I didn’t see a resolution. I connected PayPal to the Event Tickets plugin and also tried re-syncing the connection. But, I continue to get the following message:

    Checkout Unavailable!
Checkout is not available at this time because a payment method has not been set up. Please notify the site administrator.

Please let me know what might be causing this and how to fix it. Thank you so much!

    Hi @stefiharr ,

This message usually pops up when Tickets Commerce is enabled, but there is no payment method found. You may need to reenable PayPayl by going to Tickets > Settings > Payments tab. From there, click PayPal, toggle the “Enable PayPal” option and save the settings:

Let me know if this helps,

    Hi Gladys,

Thank you so much! That did the trick! ??

I have this same issue, we have reconnected to paypal and the Enable paypal button is on.

If I click the Resync payment connection button I get the following errors:

Error – Something went wrong! : Unexpected response recieved. – Failed to refresh PayPal access token.

Error – Something went wrong! : Unexpected response recieved. – Failed to refresh PayPal user info.

Can you please help? Thank you.

    Hi Roweena,

I’d be happy to help and to keep things organized and compliant with WordPress Forum Guidelines, please open up a new support thread. It sounds like there may be a conflict with another plugin that is affecting our plugins here.

It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    2. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

If you still have trouble after testing for conflicts, please open up a new forum thread.

    Best,
    Gladys

    That’s great news @stefiharr!

If you have a minute to rate our plugin, that would be awesome!
