Checkout to Bigcommerce storefront, default login page.

    Hello. I am looking for a method to redirect users to checkout in bigcommerce storefront right after clicking “Proceed to checkout” instead “Account profile” on WP side. And also am interested in how can back a default login page/method.

    Hi there @claash,
    Have you made changes to the plugin in any way? Can you tell me which version of the plugin you’re using? I’d also like to know what settings you have selected under BigCommerce > Settings > Cart & Checkout?

    Hello Mikaela,
    I use BigCommerce plugin version 1.6.0. I didn’t make any changes in the plugin, but I made some changes (products grid, single products, and cart – I made changes in styles) in components for my theme.

    Can you go ahead and update the plugin? We’re at Version 2.0.1, so this could very well be what’s causing issues!

    I have updated the plugin, but unfortunately, I do not see any changes and behavior is still the same. What else can I do to solve the issue I have faced? It would be great if you could provide me more instructions I can follow to tackle this moment.

    Can you share your WP store URL? Also, which version of PHP and WordPress are you using? Are you using additional plugins with the site? Any more information you can provide will be helpful in troubleshooting your specific issue!

    Hi Mikaela,

    I am using PHP version 5.6.35 and WP version 4.9.8
    I use some plugins, such as: ACF, ACF font awesome, All-in-One WP Migration, BigCommerce for WordPress, Contact Form 7, Easy WP SMTP.
    I hope this information will be helpful for you and you can suggest me the way to redirect users to checkout in bigcommerce storefront right after clicking “Proceed to checkout” instead “Account profile” on WP side.

    Can you share a screenshot with us showing what the screen that you’re being redirected to looks like? I think I have an idea about what can be causing it.

    Hi Mikaela,
    I want to let you know that I have updated API credentials and at the moment I am testing the work that was done (whole site and app). Looks like it is working now for my scenario. I appreciate your input with solving this issue.
