Hello, I just installed the Paypal Plugin on a Woocommerce shop and it works somehow, but after submitting everything and getting back from the Paypal PopUp, the site is inactive/blurred and a loading animation (spinning circle) appears and stays infinetly.

Any ideas what could be the problem or how to find out?

    Thanks!

    Hi @weltweitword

Maybe something interferes with the WooCommerce order creation. If you could share with us a copy of your WooCommerce system report, it would help us better understand your site setup.
The system report can be accessed from here:
WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support

You can share the report here in the forums or privately with us from here. When sending a private message, please include a link to this thread.

Additionally, to get to the bottom of this, you may want to perform a full conflict test to rule out a potential conflict with the theme or a different plugin.

Please create a backup of your site before proceeding with these steps:
We recommend temporarily activating the?default theme Storefront?and disabling all other plugins except for?WooCommerce and?PayPal Payments to test again and see if the behavior persists.
For more detailed instructions, check out?How to test for plugin and theme conflicts or the troubleshooting section in the documentation.
Please let us know how this works for you, so we can provide further guidance.

    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
