Checkout Spinning Wheel Endlessly

Hey Guys,
This morning we had a customer inform us that our checkout page has stopped working (was working yesterday)
We get a spinning wheel on the order summary and credit card portion of the checkout. It’s greyed out and spins indefinitely.

I have done the following:

Update all plugins, woocommerce and wordpress (no change)
Disable all plugins using health check (no change)
Changed theme to twenty twenty one (no change)
Saved permalinks (no change)
Disabled all payment methods (no change)
Installed “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin (fixed a similar issue a year ago) (no change)
I see no errors in console (not my forte so I may be missing something)

As mentioned we had thi same issue a year or so ago and if memory serves me adding the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin fixed the problem, but it didn’t work this time.

Any insight?
Every minute this is down we are losing sales so any help is hugely appreciated.
