When we have the plugin activated its adding about 15 seconds to the checkout process. As soon as we deactivate it it removes this 15 seconds delay.

Can we set a delay on the plugin via a snippets or similar to trigger the sync of data post checkout. That way the woo checkout is very fast.

The checkout site is on a 4 core, 4 gb vps server, the second site is on a 5 core, 8gb server. Both servers are in the same data centre, however on different domain names.

    Thanks in advance

I second this, I find the users logging into WooCommerce face around 12 seconds delay before logging in. If I remove the ‘Login/Logout’ options from WPRUS, the login times come down to 2 seconds

Should these WPRUS actions not be synched after the user is logged in (Async?)

    Hi @thefingerprint,

Apologies for the late reply, I have kept my involvement to bug fixes lately due to a lack of free time.

This really depends on the current setup, and the sites being both on the same datacenter may not be a positive contributing factor. My test setup does not show such delay.

If the 2 connected sites can reach each other’s URL fast enough, then the issue would not happen. The delay you are experiencing can be due to DNS lookup time, or routing time, for example.

Changing the sync for WooCommerce Checkout is a 3rd party integration, and at the moment I an unable to take on such work. However, if you find a working solution and you are willing to share it, I can consider to include it to the core integrations some time in a future release, and ensure its future maintenance.
