    Hi

    I’ve just been alerted to a problem by a customer. When they try to navigate through the checkout it comes up with the “Sorry your session has expired” error. This happens when they hit the complete order button. It seems to be ok connecting to PayPal so I think it might be a Stripe issue.

    This seems to be a new issue in the last day or so (maybe post update) as I have received other orders this week

    Any ideas what it might be?

    Can you walk me through steps to replicate this, please? Does this happen immediately when looking at the checkout page?

    Hi Doug

    Since I posted this I have managed to ascertain through a conflict test that the conflict was with a Mailchimp plug in, so I think everything is ok with the Stripe gateway. If this appears to change I will be back in touch
