    Hi,

When I press the ‘place order’ button with credit card info entered, the checkout page reloads with the message ‘Array’ at the top of the page. I’m not sure how to proceed – suggestions?

I’m using 1.0.8 of your plugin.

    Thank you!

    Michael

It seems your ISP is blocking connections to outgoing servers maybe / maybe not

can you both please try twentysixteen default theme and tell me if its same then as well ?

    Thanks

    Hi,
    thanks for you answer.
I tried twentysixteen theme, the result is the same.
    I’ve Alpha Store Version : 1.2.4 (last)
    Last version of WooCommerce
    My language is French.
Devise is Euros. (99999.99 €) with dot “.” for separate € and cts. I tried “,”. No success.
It’s not the ISP I think, because I’ve another website with another Stripe plugin (which works since April, but not on new install (TLS not yet compatible)
    I use Let’s Encrypt – Free SSL/TLS Certificates
    Thanks
    Rémi

TLS should be at least TLS1.2 for stripe to work now

Thank you for your quick replies! Same problem after changing theme. Apparently TLS is not 1.2 so I’m contacting my provider to get it activated/turned on/whatever.

    Hi,
Thanks for you answer. I received this answer from my ISP :
The current version of the TLS variable on your web hosting is TLS version 1.0. You can upgrade to TLS 1.2 by modifying the PHP runtime.
Global PHP Version > Edit Configuration > Runtime Environment.
The version Openssl 1.0.1k (TLS1.2 compliant) is available on the “stable”, “testing”
and “jessie.i386” (“stable” environment is recommended)
    And now, that works !

I had to upgrade my server, but now have tls 1.2 and everything works perfectly. Thank you!

Hi, I have the same problem.

I think my TLS is already 1.2 but I still have the issue.
Can you help me on this one?

Please reinstall plugin code to fix seeing error related to array message this should fix it

    thanks

This array message is coming up when a customer is entering the wrong address for billing. My question, before I got looking for changing the server around is this: Does this plug in tell the customer why a credit card is being declined? I have had this issue for some time and what happens is the they keep trying to enter the card never knowing that it’s a address error.
