Checkout Sections

I am trying to edit and possibly delete the second to the last checkout page. There are currently 4 stages to checkout, but I really don’t need the 3rd “confirmation” page as it is redundant.

Or, if I could at least edit it to be something else that would be more helpful to my users.

Is that possible and how is it done?
