    Hi,

    I have taken on a website which hadn’t been running for some time and was out-of-date. I have updated it and going through reconfiguring it, but I am having an issue with the checkout process.

    Basically, the website sells access to their online portal which has online exercise classes. So it uses LearnPress, with Paid Membership Pro and Woocommerce.

    When someone adds the membership to their cart, it shows in the cart, but when I click the “Checkout” button, it then comes up saying “Your cart is currently empty.”

    If I then go to another page, I can see that the cart does still have the membership in it.

    Any idea what is happening and why I can’t go through the Checkout process?

    Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro. I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.

    Would you mind creating a simple test product in WooCommerce and try again (You don’t have to link it to a membership level or course)? I had a look at your site and I see that there is an issue with your checkout page which may be an issue outside of Paid Memberships Pro.

    Does the issue also occur if you temporarily deactivate Paid Memberships Pro?
