    Dear Team,

    I am dealing with a strange issue:

    This homepage reloads on Iphone 12 and Iphone 12 Pro Max at the checkout when I press Place Order. It reloads but the text keeps there, it does not refresh.

    It just happens on this devices as I saw. I can place orders without problem at a PC or laptop, as well on a few iPhones and Samsungs.

    Does anyone of you know whats happening?

    Hi @drponka,

    The cases we have seen so far when this is happening is due to the WooCommerce core plugin compatibility issue with another plugin.

    In general, you’ll want to first deactivate caching and multilingual plugins and check if the behavior persists. If not resolved, I would recommend performing a full conflict testing:

    I’d also suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.
