    Just recently my checkout page is not working. I am using Authorize.net CIM. It just refreshes. There are no error messages. I have not done any updates. I updated the Gold Cart today and tested again.I have checked my tables and there were no issues. Is there anything else I can check?

    A couple weeks ago I had an issue with the cart emptying and I fixed the wp_wpsc_visitor_meta table.

  • I was having the same problem. Switching to Authorize 2.0 fixed it.

    Then I saw your post here today regarding upgrading gold cart….so I did that and tried switching back to CIM. No dice.

    Switched back to 2.0 and it works fine…but the checkout is uglier for with 2.0 than with CIM and gold cart warns me that you will one day drop 2.0 support.

    What other steps should I try to get CIM working?

    I will have to update gold cart and try it out on tuesday of this week. I work out of the state a lot and don’t always have access to a computer. Hope it will help! I’ll reply back in a few days one way or the other.

    We just bought Gold Cart 2.9.8 back in April. And now we are having the exact same issue as posted here. Less than 3 months later we have to pay another 99 dollars for version 2.9.9 just to get our ecommerce up and working again? I have to be missing something. Any feedback appreciated. Thanks.

    No need to pay for anything, just need to update your Gold Cart to 2.9.9. Premium support can help you with that.

    Premium support also costs $99. There seems no way around it except for filling out the feedback form. I will wait a little longer for feedback from WP ecommerce website.

    You shouldn’t be telling people how easy it is to just go and download 2.9.9. Because the truth is: if you just paid for 2.9.8, you have to pay again for 2.9.9! And I still haven’t received a response from eCommerce.

    I definitely appreciate your frustration – however, that’s not the truth.

    If you just paid for 2.9.8 – you do not have to pay for 2.9.9.

    I’ll ping the support staff and make sure they respond to you today.

    You should be able to login with the email account you made the purchase and go to the your account page where you will be able too download the latest version.
    If you have any issues logging in email me at mihai @instinct.co.nz with the purchase email and I will take a look.
