Checkout redirects to homepage

    Hi,

    I’m currently setting up my membership site but I’ve run into an issue.

    When I access the Checkout page after selecting a level, it redirects me to my homepage after around 2 seconds in. This weirdly doesnt happen when I’m logged in already and preview the checkout page through wordpress.

    I’ve seen that this problem happened to someone else already, but he didn’t tell how he fixed it.

    Did I maybe miss something in the initial setup? Would appreciate any ideas to help solve this problem, thanks in advance!

    I’m sorry to hear that this isn’t working as intended.

    Can you confirm that your checkout page only consists of the [pmpro_checkout] shortcode?

    I’ve seen in the past that sometimes there may be multiple shortcodes on this page, where one redirects for logged-out users. (i.e. the account page shortcode redirects logged-out users to a login page).

    Another area to check, would be to ensure you have setup all the pages for Paid Memberships Pro and are assigned correctly.

    Hey Andrew

    First off thank you a lot for the quick response.

    There was no other shortcode directly on the page, but the problem came from a code snippet for custom fields that I copied somewhere a while ago. Don’t remember why I inserted it, and I’m also to nooby to understand what it does, but that was the problem.
