Hi Here’s the reply from Mijireh below >>>>

OK, let me step you through a working process so you can understand my diagnosis:
Your customer places an order, and selects “pay with credit card” and clicks “Place Order”.
The next screen they see runs at https://secure.mijireh.com and asks them for CC information.
They enter that information, click “Place Order”.
The next screen says something about “Thank you for your order” and is running back on your site. (This is the step that is not working correctly for you) This will also alert WooCommerce to send any emails upon a successful sale.

After a successful order, we will redirect the customer back to your website, for the “Thank You” page. When the Mijireh service is first called from WooCommerce, WC tells us what URL to use for that redirect. Since you got a successful credit card transaction, that means everything was successful, and when your browser was re-directed to that Thank You page, that is when you got the 404 error. You should make a note of what that URL is (and look at number 2 below, about test mode so you can re-create and find that URL), you may need it to help with number 1.

So, You need to contact Woo about how to fix this.

Same problem, I created my site again, found that the problem was the emails I had copied from woocommerce > template > emails. Deleted the folder, everything worked.

I’m also having this problem. Can you be clearer about how you sorted it? I’ve not done anything involving emails so the above post is a little confusing.

    Similar problem here…

I’m using WooCommerce and Mijireh to handle my secure checkouts. After the user completes the checkout process on my Mijireh checkout page, they’re redirected back to my site to an ‘order received’ page. How can I change which page Mijireh redirects a customer to after they complete a purchase? I’ve created a unique ‘thank you’ page I’d like users to be sent to after clicking on the ‘place order’ button.

Is this done in WooCommerce? Or through Mijireh?

    All help appreciated. Thanks.

    The issue is still there.
Shame none of the woocommerce mod can be bothered responding to this.
Wiseeyemedia thanks for your reply but as statick pointed out, it’s really not that clear – could you pls clarify how you got it to work? Thanks.
There’s an alternative free plugin called “striper” that anyone having issues with mijireh can try though.
That didn’t work for me either.

Cayonone…I, too, have the exact same situation and received the same email from mijireh. Woocommerce will not let you get support unless you have purchased from them. This is just a back-hand trick to get us to purchase their products rather than be supported.
    I just sent mijireh this:
I am sorry Randy but this is a pass the buck, bullshit answer, the forums show this is not an isolated incident between mijireh and WC. You have to get it together. It is up to mijireh and WC to work this out.

As you said, “Why is the URL they are telling us to use for the redirect after a successful sale resulting in this odd webpage?” You need to find this out!!!!
Mijireh should know what URL to send it to. You are at fault here. You need to contact them and do this, many of us are very upset it is not being handled and there is no way we have the resources to figure this out.
Please get it handled. Mijireh is about to get a very bad name for this lack of support and communication with WC.

Same problem for me. Very frustrating. Look forward to hopefully seeing an answer on this!

FIX THISSSSSSS. It shouldn’t be this difficult to set up a “thank you” page to redirect customers to after they complete a secure checkout through Mijireh.

If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic instead of tagging onto someone else’s topic.

I’m looking to this post for an answer to my issue too, but should I instead start a new topic?

    Anyone resolved this?

Just in case this helps anyone else, upgrading worpress fixed, and also removed the need for the user to provide their address again.

hello I ran into this too but updating woo-commerce fixed it!

    WP 3.9.1, WC from 2.1.10 to 2.1.11 yea for + .01 lol

    Matt

    Same Issue

sometimes works, sometime not…the difference is the return url informed by WC to Mijireh

    works: [domain]/checkout/order-received/[order_number]/key=[wc-order-key]
    broke: [domain]/wc-api/WC_Gateway_Mijireh/?order_number=[some_key]

I have just updated to the latest version , hope this solves the problem

    WP 3.9.1
    WC 2.1.11

    Alberto

Was suffering from this as well, and after MANY hours of screwing around with plugins and settings, we finally solved it by updating everything to the newest version, and then checking our PHP version. We had 2 PHP handlers, one for 5.3 and one for 5.4. After removing the PHP 5.3 handler, this issue was solved for us (along with an issue where our order e-mails were not being sent).

Not sure if this will be the solution for everyone, but I know I wish someone had suggested it while I was searching, so there you go.

    Good luck!
