    This card can’t be used for your payment. Let’s try a different card.

    Now it says that before user add his billing address information and it can make them think it doesnt work

    It looks like you’re seeing this message because the PayPal Sandbox is rejecting the card before all necessary information, like the billing address, has been added. Please make sure to complete the billing address details first, then try using the card again. If the issue continues, it could be related to the card type or settings in the sandbox environment.     Also have you try latest version of the plugin? your previous support ticket has been resolved.
