Checkout payment / shipping method loading issue

Hello,
There’s an issue when changing countries/payment methods in a certain way. Took me a while to recreate it, but please see the video:

In this instance, PayPal has a 3% fee added to it.
When deactiving your plugin, the issue is fixed. Please help. Thanks.
