Checkout Payment Error

    I’ve been having an issue with the Checkout Payment widget. The PayPal buttons open a paypal tab that instantly closes and the card option doesn’t show anything when clicked. I have a paypal button on my cart page that works properly by WooCommerce I believe.

    I tried disabling all unnecessary plugins/twentytwentytwo but the problem persists.

    I understood the issue you’re having with. While inspecting, I noticed that the current Checkout page is created using a third-party plugin. I haven’t found any elements of the ShopEngine plugin on that page. Did you have disabled the ShopEngine Template? If yes, then kindly reenable it so that I can inspect the problem properly and help you in finding a solution as soon as possible.

    On a side note, the Paypal Button on the Cart page(created using the ShopEngine plugin) is working properly. Please share the name of the plugin you are using to accept payment so that I can check the compatibility too.

    I resolved the issues using alternative plugins for checkout. Thanks for the help

    Glad to hear that the issue is resolved now. But, since you encountered an issue while using the Checkout Template, I would like to investigate the issue. Kindly share the name of the payment plugin that causes an error with the Checkout template. I will check and if I’m able to trace any issues there, I will surely forward the issue to the dev team for quick fixing.
