Checkout Pay Now button

    Hello MangoPay Plugin support team,

    I am having issues with the Pay Now button on my checkout form.

    When arriving on the check out page the user details are automatically filled in and the terms and conditions box unchecked. When clicking the Pay Now button with the terms and conditions unchecked the form responds with the ‘We were unable to process your order, please try again.’

    When checking the terms and conditions box the form does not react at all to the button being clicked.

    May someone please help me troubleshoot this issue.

    @tulsamann your order checkout page seems broken for some reason that does not appear to be related to the MANGOPAY-WooCommerce plugin: The form’s “Submit” button is located outside of the HTML <form> element in your page’s markup.

    Please make sure the Submit button gets re-attached to the form in the HTML markup, and your checkout page will work as expected.

    You may have to correct your HTML template, correct your theme, or disable other plugins that mess up with the intended HTML structure of the WooCommerce checkout page.
