  • Hi there,

This will take some research. Can you show me a product, so I can try to purchase it at checkout?

    Thanks,
    Ray

I have a similar problem. Since updating to wp ecommerce 3.9.1, my site has become very slow and my shipping cart won’t accept “county” or “postcode” details which in turn means it can’t go to the paypal payment page. basically no one can purchase any items from my site. My address is https://www.officerequirements.co.uk I would appreciate any help.

I’ve just had another look at the checkout problem and it definitely lies within the wp cart plugin. When entering your address details, the cart will highlight the postcode option as being incorrect. If you re-enter the postcode and hit the checkout button, the details refresh and then you can continue to the paypal payment section by hitting the purchase button. Unfortunately I don’t think any customers are going to think to do this so a lost sale me thinks. If anyone has a solution to this, I would appreciate hearing it.

    Hi Ray,

Sorry for the delay, if you go to this page and try to purchase any card:

    https://alimarriott.co.uk/store/?wpsc_product_category=greeting-cards

When you go to the checkout page you can select the shipping etc, but when you click through to purchase it just continues to loop.

    Thanks

@daveni2002 check if your product categories have target markets set.
If they do select NONE and save the categories and try again
