Checkout page turns blank after billing details are entered

Our page at https://cardsofjoy.org has run this plugin for about a week. We have the latest version. But when people go to complete the checkout, enter in the billing information, and then proceed, the checkout page goes blank.
Paypal gave a look at this and provided some code (might not be helpful) they indicated that the button for this plugin was not working, but obviously that’s not what they normally do.
Is there a new problem with the plugin? The rest of the site is up to date.
The site is running on Godaddy Managed WordPress hosting. We’ve cleared the cache there as well.
