Additionally, an error with missing headers was recently fixed with the latest version available (v.2.3.1).

Try updating to the latest version, and if does not work, check the documentation if you need to change anything on your customized template files.

The problem has been fixed and the changes will be available with the next update of the plugin, which is set to be released in about a week.
