Hi

Thank you for the plugins. I have one question, I am testing the Persuader check-out template. For some other reason there is something that is not working well.

1. Sometimes the checkout form does not load during the template edit. (I get error 503)
2. If it loads, it appears correct but when I go live, the place order button appears in a different way, the height is increased and the width is decreased.

I use Gutenberg page builder, I know this was introduced recently on Gutenberg.

As the first step looks at WooCommerce > Status > Logs to see if there are any Fatal Errors on the site.

Here is a fatal error that was logged

Hey there,

The errors is related to site’s memory being less. Based on the error it seems 134.217728 MB is allocated, while WooCommerce recommends it to be at least 256 MB.

We highly recommend that you connect with your host to get it increased. Sometimes host need to intervene to upgrade the resources and ensure they are allocated to your site.

Once this is done the issue should resolve.

I have resorted to the Woocommerce checkout page and it works fine. The button appears as it should. However when I use woofunnel it appears differently.

My hosting company said that there error was not relevant to the issue I am having

I got confirmation that it is not a Woocommerce issue. I spoke another developer he said probably it is the adaptability of the plug-in to Gutenberg.

He think’s that the woofunnel checkout form has mobile settings for desktop. On the mobile phones it appears perfectly.
