Checkout page – strange behaviour of billing address (State / County)

  • Dear Support,

    With Woocommerce 2.4.10, I found strange display and behaviour of “State / County” in Checkout page (which can also be found at the demo site of my theme at https://unicon.mintithemes.com/checkout/). Try the following steps:
    Step 1. Add some items into cart then, in checkout page, choose country as “United Kingdom (UK)”, “County” is displayed as edit box.
    Step 2. Change country to “United States (US)”, the “County” is now “State” as drop-down
    Step 3. Refresh the browser page, “State” is still displayed with list of states in US.
    Step 4. Change country to “United Kingdom (UK)”, the “State” becomes “County”, but the field is still drop-down with list of states in US. Changing to any other countries, the “State / County” still has drop-down with list of states in US.

    Please kindly suggest on the matter.
