Checkout Page redirects to a Random Website

  • Hi,

    I just installed PmPro, and am using it with the LearnDash LMS plugin.

    I set up the payment gateway options as shown on the PmPro site:
    PayPal Express
    API username
    API Password
    API Signature

    I saved the settings, then tried to do a test purchase.

    The membership levels page loads nicely. Then I select the membership option I set up, and this is where things go wrong.

    Instead to heading over to PayPal so I can purchase the membership, I get redirected to a page titled “Weinstein Jewelers of Novi” which displays a 404 error on the middle of the page.

    Kind of at my wits end here. Not sure what to do.

  • Hello. Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. It could be that your host does not have HTTPS set up correctly on the server. Sometimes on shared hosts going to https://mydomain.com can take you to another website on that host. The solution is to contact host and have them install SSL/HTTPS and possibly upgrade to a higher plan that supports that. Hope this helps. Thanks again.
