Checkout page problem

    On my checkout page, between the ‘Email Address’ field and the ‘Deliver to a different address’ checkbox option, there’s a checkbox with no description except the words (optional). Can someone tell me what that is and where can I edit or delete it?

  • Seems to be an opt in for Kl_newsletter with an empty description. Maybe you have a newsletter plugin, where you can give it a description or remove the opt in on checkout?

    TIP: if you right click anything on your website, and choose “inspect” you can normally get an idea of what something is.

    Just to add, you can also find out what’s adding the check box by turning on and off plugins one by one. Once identified, you can reach out to the plugin developer and ask how to show the description text.
