Checkout Page Paypal Express Button Issue

    After click on Pay with PayPal express checkout button, in Paypal popup when i click on “Agree and Pay” Button nothing happening, i can see address fields are auto filled and the payment method changed to paypal

    i guess when click agree and pay order should be place and redirects to thank you page, can you please check and suggest a solution, also i can’t see any js or other error on checkout page so this should be some other issue

    Are you selling subscriptions? If so that is the reason why. The PayPal popup doesn’t support shipping method selection when a subscription is being paid for. So, the plugin returns control to the checkout page so they customer can select a shipping method, based on the address info provided by PayPal.

    You will notice if purchasing a regular product, the address info will populate and the order will process automatically. That’s because the customer can choose their shipping address within the PayPal popup for non-subscription based products.

    No above test was done with a simple woocommerce product, default shipping method also selected, i also tried the express checkout button after filled all fields, but no luck.

    @suneth2 Please share a link to your website and place it in Sandbox mode if it’s not already.

    The plugin is designed to populate all checkout page address fields and then submit the checkout form. In my tests that’s working as designed.

    It sounds like you might have something interfering with your checkout page form submit.

    sorry we have issue with sandbox account can’t connect properly .
    and i checked further after hi agree and pay on paypal express checkout popup it’s not auto filling
    billing_state (State / County?* ) and billing_phone (Phone *)
    Fields,
    is there any normal reason to not filling those fields,
    we are using latest woocommerce and wordpress plugins.

    You have to configure PayPal to provide the customer’s billing phone. Our documentation covers how to do that.

    Regarding the billing state, it’s hard to determine why it’s not populating if you don’t share a website link. I don’t see where you created a support ticket.

    Thanks we will them a message to them, i also tested received data after click express checkout popup agree and pay button, below url have screen shot of it. are those correct or wrong anyway i notice phone number is missing my paypal have phone number, not sure it’s a mapping problem of plugin json
